Things are turning around!

Okay so thing are looking up! As I write this my body is soooooo sore! Mostly my legs I feel like I can't walk, it's great!  Last Thursday and yesterday I went to the gym twice in the same day! Awesome!  I have gotten back into spinning at 6am (I'm so not a morning person either) and yesterday I went back to the physique class at my gym as well. The class is so tough and now it is offered at 6am which is great for me because it is before class and work. I have no excuse! So off I went yesterday waking up at 5am and got back into it. I was nervous but it felt so good.

Although the scale hasn't moved at at I see different glimpses of me in the mirror as I pass by. I think things are toning up and looking good. I am still having a tough time with sweet things though, even as I have been typing this up I have snacked on a couple chocolate chips, but I'm not stressed.

My plan for the next little while until the end of March is to....
- spinning
- physique
- hot yoga
- sit ups and push ups ( I think there is something to be said about the classics)

April
- physique
- hot yoga
- skipping outside
- sit ups and push ups

May
- running/jogging
- physique
- skipping outside
- hot yoga
- sit ups and push ups

yay!!

Not So Great Start...

Okay, so there it was.... my first blog post, my best of intentions and a brand new year to back me up. However, here we are now, a month later, no more blog postings and still in the same physical shape (still the promise of a new year and fresh start on my mind).

Let's get this ball rolling.  I'm sitting here with my green tea that I am trying to love. I know how good it is for you so I am trying to make it my 'go to' drink in these cold winter months, but honestly I just love a good latte! It's like a warm hug, soooooo good! I know green tea is far better for weight loss so I am trying to make a new habit.  It's not that I am saying no more lattes, just switch them around. New plan, drink lots of tea and still have lattes for treats!

Enough with the green tea chatter!  So my goals are still as follows, go from 195lbs to 145lbs.  I am flexible with the number, I just want to feel good, feel strong and loo good. I'm 5'7 so really when you add muscle into the equation that number for me could be anywhere from 130-150 lbs, who knows! But the point is that I find out! So I'm going to do this!!
